Kenroy Kerr,
Dolla Financial Limited
CEO

Dear Shareholders and Stakeholders,

Dolla’s 2025 financial year was marked by disciplined execution despite a challenging environment, including consumer affordability pressures, increased fraud risks, and the impact of Hurricane Melissa.

The company delivered solid results, with total income rising to J$2.0 billion and Profit Before Tax reaching J$602 million, supported by continued loan portfolio growth and demand for its credit solutions. While non-performing loans increased to 13% and Expected Credit Losses rose to 3.9%, these were actively managed through stronger credit oversight, monitoring, and recovery efforts.

Dolla also strengthened its fraud prevention and verification controls, while supporting affected customers and communities after Hurricane Melissa through moratoriums, restructured facilities, concessionary financing, and relief efforts.

Looking ahead to 2026, Dolla will focus on disciplined growth, operational efficiency, enhanced risk management, and continued support for entrepreneurs and small businesses.
