Kyla Clarke serves as Head of Legal, Governance and Compliance, overseeing the legal operations of the group of companies. In this role, she is responsible for ensuring corporate governance, compliance, and adherence to all relevant regulations across the entire portfolio. Kyla holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of the West Indies (Mona), which she obtained in 2019 and thereafter obtained her Legal Education Certificate (LEC) from the Norman Manley Law School. Kyla was admitted to practice in Jamaica in December 2021. With experience in Corporate Law, Estate & Probate, Conveyancing, and Personal Injury, Kyla brings a diverse legal background to her role. Her passion for legal governance and compliance ensures that Dolla and its subsidiaries operates within the highest standards of legal and ethical conduct.
